Borell Diehl Riesling Kabinett 2009A trocken, or dry riesling from Borrel Diehl in Germany. This wine is "vom Muschelkalk", which means, "from the shell" or "from the limestone". As a result it carries a light minerality and notes of grapefruit and lemon. Don't be afraid of rieslings, they're not all sweet. They feature fruit, not sugar.
